Founded in 2015 and proudly family-owned, F&D Restaurant Concepts is led by CEO Charly Robinson, COO Tim Barber, and CFO Glorian Leach. As Founder & CEO, Charly brings decades of experience in creating compelling multi-concept restaurant brands. Under his direction, our portfolio has grown to encompass four distinct dining concepts—F&D Prime Modern Steakhouse, F&D Cantina, Hooked Fish Camp, and F&D Woodfired Italian Kitchen—serving guests throughout Lake Mary, Sanford, Winter Park, and Orlando, Florida.
