About Us

Founded in 2015 and proudly family-owned, F&D Restaurant Concepts is led by CEO Charly Robinson, COO Tim Barber, and CFO Glorian Leach. As Founder & CEO, Charly brings decades of experience in creating compelling multi-concept restaurant brands. Under his direction, our portfolio has grown to encompass four distinct dining concepts—F&D Prime Modern Steakhouse, F&D Cantina, Uno Mas Cantina, and F&D Woodfired Italian Kitchen—serving guests throughout Lake Mary, Sanford, Winter Park, Longwood, and Orlando. In addition, we operate two virtual brands: Mother Clucker's Chronic Fried Chicken & Burgers and Motor City Detroit Style Pizza, further expanding our culinary reach.


Partnering with Tim Barber and Glorian Leach, our leadership team blends operational excellence, financial acumen, and innovation. Committed to hospitality-first values, we prioritize our team and guests in delivering exceptional experiences.


Looking ahead, we're excited to launch our fifth concept this fall: Hooked Fish Camp in Sanford, Florida.
